Reservation Policy

Reservations need to be made at least seven business day’s in advance for spa parties over 4 guests and at least two weeks in advance for groups exceeding 10 guests. Please be advised that any spa party booked in less than the time periods mentioned above are subject to a last minute surcharge due to the additional costs of executing last minute events. Our general price scale for last minute bookings are as follows:

1-2 guests $10

3-5 guests $25

6-10 guests $50

Groups exceeding 10 guests $100

Payment Method

La Belle Femme accepts Visa/MasterCard, cash, or check.  We request that if you are mailing a personal check, you also include a copy of your valid state drivers license.  All returned checks will incur a $35 return check charge and must be replaced by a money order or cash at least 5 business days prior to the date of services.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in our pricing for your spa services nor are they required.  It is custom in the service industry, however, to give a 15% gratuity in appreciation for the outstanding services that you receive, and tips may be given to your technicians at your own personal discretion.  Any gratuity offered will be graciously received and appreciated.

Deposits/Balances

A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to hold a time and date for personal services to be received and a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required for groups of two or more people booking any number of services.  You may, however change the date of your services, or party within seven business days prior to your initial appointment and you will have a 6 month grace period to reschedule.  The balance for any Spa Party (2 or more people) must be paid in full at least seven business days prior to your treatments.

Cancellation/Late Fees

Final payment due dates for all appointments made must be adhered to. Failure to pay  the balances due on time are subject to an extra 15% late charge of the total booking.  If the remaining balance has not been paid in full prior to the date of your Spa Party, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.  This is due to the cost of paying employees for their time.

Travel

We travel anywhere inside the Perimeter (285) for free. For areas outside of the Perimeter we charge a travel fee of $0.50/mile. For travel distances of 30 miles or more we also include a $1.00/minute fee.

Setup & Atmosphere

Therapists will arrive 20-60min. Prior to your scheduled start time in order to have enough time to enhance your spa environment with soft candle lighting, music and flowers.  Table arrangements are also available upon request for an additional charge.  We look forward to making your spa experience at home one that you will never forget!

Any person(s) under the age of 18 must have a signed release form by a parent/legal guardian for any services rendered by La Belle Femme.
